Return & refund policy

The products once delivered will not be taken back by us due to safety concerns. We will however issue you a replacement product in case of challenges such as damaged packaging, in transit damage etc, which will be taken up by us on a case to case basis.
After the order confirmation, no return or refund request will be accepted. We shall consider the request under following conditions only.

A. Damaged products

(i) We have no refund policy and in genuine complaint, the product replacement will be made after the internal investigation on receipt of your complaint.
(ii) The information of damaged product should be sent with in 48 hours of product receipt via email – customercare@teqin.in
(iii) You are suggested to attach images of invoice, outer product, opened box and the video of unboxing the box.
(iv) The refund will be initiated for only the damaged/spoiled articles and not for the entire order, in case of multiple items order.
(v) Your email will be responded with in 2-4 days time.
(vi) We shall resend the damaged product as replacement on priority.

B. Missing item / Wrong shipment

(i) The information of missing product / wrong shipment should be sent with in 48 hours of product receipt via email – customercare@teqin.in
(ii) You are suggested to attach images of invoice, outer product, opened box and the video of unboxing the box.
(iii) Your email will be responded with in 2-4 days time.
(iv) We shall send the missing product on priority.

C. Spoiled product

(i) The information of spoiled product should be sent with in 48 hours of product receipt via email – customercare@teqin.in
(ii) In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, batch number, clear images or video of the product to be shared .
(iii) Your email will be responded with in 2-4 days time.
(iv) We shall resend the product on priority.
